chapter 30: part 1.

it was important to me that a tattoo be included somewhere in my 30th chapter...

charlie got some ink while we were there too...

from one of my yoga journals:

"...you embody a luminous lotus flower emerging from muddy water. In yogic lore, the lotus is a metaphor for how past experiences can be used as fertile soil for blooming into a more awakened soul. "

here's to a more awakened soul and visual reminder to always strive for it.
